अगर आप Haryana में सरकारी नौकरी की तैयारी कर रहे हैं, तो आपने HSSC, CET और Group C के बारे में जरूर सुना होगा। लेकिन अक्सर confusion रहता है कि HSSC में नौकरी पाने के लिए पहले CET देना पड़ता है या सीधे भर्ती का form भरना होता है? CET पास करने के बाद नौकरी पक्की हो जाती है या फिर कोई और exam भी होता है?
सीधी बात यह है कि HSSC में नौकरी पाने के लिए सिर्फ CET qualify करना काफी नहीं होता। आपको जिस post के लिए आवेदन करना है, उसकी educational qualification और दूसरी conditions पूरी करनी होती हैं। फिर संबंधित recruitment advertisement के अनुसार CET score के आधार पर shortlisting और आगे written examination, skill test, physical test या दूसरे selection stages हो सकते हैं। HSSC की official recruitment process भी बताती है कि अलग-अलग posts के लिए qualification, pay scale, reservation, documents और examination syllabus advertisement में दिया जाता है।
HSSC क्या है और यह कौन-सी Jobs निकालता है?
Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) Haryana Government के अलग-अलग departments, boards, corporations और अन्य eligible institutions में भर्ती से जुड़ी selection process का महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा है।
HSSC की official information के अनुसार Commission मुख्य रूप से विभिन्न Group-C posts की recruitment से जुड़ा है और Group-C तथा Group-D recruitment process के लिए निर्धारित rules के अनुसार काम करता है।
इसका मतलब यह नहीं है कि HSSC की हर vacancy एक जैसी होती है। किसी post के लिए 12th pass qualification हो सकती है, तो किसी दूसरी post के लिए graduation, technical qualification, typing, shorthand या कोई specific subject/experience जरूरी हो सकता है।
इसलिए सिर्फ “HSSC की तैयारी” करने के बजाय यह समझना ज्यादा useful है कि आप किस तरह की post के लिए eligible हैं।
HSSC में Job पाने का basic रास्ता क्या है?
इसे आसान तरीके से समझें तो process कुछ ऐसा होता है:
CET/eligibility → HSSC Vacancy → Shortlisting → Post-specific Selection → Document Verification → Final Selection
लेकिन हर recruitment में यही exact sequence हो, यह जरूरी नहीं है। Advertisement में दिए गए rules final माने जाते हैं।
उदाहरण के लिए HSSC के Group-C recruitment process में CET marks के आधार पर eligible candidates को advertised post के लिए आगे apply करने और written/skill examination में शामिल होने का अवसर दिया जा सकता है। Current recruitment rules के अनुसार advertised vacancies के मुकाबले candidates की संख्या सीमित करके आगे की examination के लिए shortlist भी किया जा सकता है।
यही वजह है कि CET को entrance/shortlisting stage की तरह समझना ज्यादा सही है, final appointment letter की तरह नहीं।
Step 1: अपनी Qualification के हिसाब से Post चुनें
HSSC में नौकरी के लिए सबसे पहले यह देखना जरूरी है कि आपकी qualification किस post से match करती है।
कुछ posts में 10+2 qualification पर्याप्त हो सकती है, जबकि दूसरी posts में graduation या कोई technical qualification चाहिए। Stenographer जैसी posts में educational qualification के साथ shorthand और transcription speed जैसी additional skill भी मांगी जा सकती है। HSSC की advertisements में post-wise essential qualification अलग-अलग दी जाती है।
इसलिए अगर आपने graduation कर रखी है, तो केवल graduate-level posts ही नहीं बल्कि जहां rules allow करते हों वहां lower qualification वाली posts भी देखी जा सकती हैं। लेकिन किसी भी vacancy में आवेदन करने से पहले उस particular advertisement की Essential Qualification जरूर पढ़ें।
Step 2: CET को समझें
HSSC recruitment में Common Eligibility Test (CET) बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है, खासकर Group-C recruitment के लिए।
HSSC के 2025 Group-C CET advertisement में examination को 100 MCQs और 100 marks का बताया गया था। परीक्षा की अवधि 1 घंटे 45 मिनट थी और question paper Hindi तथा English दोनों में था। उस CET में General category के लिए minimum qualifying marks 50% और reserved categories के लिए 40% निर्धारित थे।
यहां एक important point है: minimum qualifying marks और actual selection cutoff एक ही चीज नहीं हैं।
मान लीजिए qualifying marks 50% हैं। इसका मतलब यह नहीं कि 50 marks लाने वाले candidate को vacancy मिल जाएगी। अगर किसी post में बहुत ज्यादा candidates compete कर रहे हैं, तो आगे shortlist होने के लिए उससे काफी ज्यादा CET score की जरूरत पड़ सकती है।
Step 3: CET के बाद Vacancy का इंतजार करें
CET clear करने के बाद आपको HSSC की recruitment advertisements पर नजर रखनी होती है।
HSSC की official website पर advertisements section में current vacancies और CET-related recruitment notices प्रकाशित किए जाते हैं। सितंबर 2026 में भी HSSC की official website पर Group-C और Group-D से संबंधित active recruitment notices दिखाई दे रहे हैं।
इसलिए केवल YouTube channel, Telegram group या किसी private job website से vacancy की जानकारी मिलने पर form न भरें। पहले HSSC की official advertisement खोलकर vacancy number, qualification, age, category और last date verify करें।
Step 4: जिस Post के लिए Eligible हैं, उसके लिए Apply करें
CET qualify करने के बाद भी हर vacancy का form automatically submit नहीं हो जाता।
जब HSSC किसी particular post की recruitment निकालता है, तो advertisement में बताया जाता है कि CET-qualified candidates को किस तरह apply करना है। Current Group-C recruitment framework में CET score/merit के आधार पर eligible candidates को advertised posts के लिए आगे selection process में बुलाने का provision है।
Application भरते समय सबसे ज्यादा ध्यान category, qualification, age, experience और certificates पर देना चाहिए।
अगर किसी candidate के पास qualification तो है लेकिन prescribed cut-off date तक वह qualification complete नहीं हुई थी, तो केवल result आने के बाद की स्थिति देखकर eligibility मान लेना गलत हो सकता है।
Step 5: Written Exam या Skill Test की तैयारी करें
यह वह stage है जहां कई candidates गलती करते हैं।
कुछ candidates CET के बाद तैयारी लगभग बंद कर देते हैं क्योंकि उन्हें लगता है कि CET score ही final selection के लिए काफी है। जबकि कई Group-C recruitments में post के अनुसार आगे written examination या skill test हो सकता है।
HSSC की official recruitment process में भी post-specific syllabus और examination requirements advertisement के साथ दिए जाने की बात कही गई है।
अगर आप ऐसी post के लिए apply कर रहे हैं जिसमें typing, shorthand, computer skill या physical requirement है, तो CET के साथ उस skill की practice भी शुरू कर देनी चाहिए।
HSSC Written Exam का Pattern कैसा हो सकता है?
एक ही pattern सभी HSSC posts पर लागू नहीं होता। इसलिए किसी पुराने exam का pattern देखकर current recruitment का exact pattern assume न करें।
उदाहरण के तौर पर HSSC के 2025 CET Group-C exam में 100 MCQs, 100 marks और 1 hour 45 minutes का paper था। यह CET का pattern है; किसी particular post की बाद की written examination का pattern अलग हो सकता है।
एक और जरूरी बात है unattempted questions। 2025 CET instructions में wrong answer पर negative marking नहीं थी, लेकिन यदि candidate question को attempt नहीं करता और prescribed fifth option/bubble भी नहीं भरता, तो mark deduction का provision था। इसलिए exam instructions को केवल “negative marking है या नहीं” तक सीमित करके पढ़ना सही नहीं है।
Age Limit कितनी होती है?
HSSC की age limit हर vacancy के लिए एक जैसी नहीं माननी चाहिए।
2025 Group-C CET advertisement में candidate की age closing date के अनुसार 18 से 42 वर्ष के बीच निर्धारित की गई थी, साथ ही eligible categories के लिए Haryana Government के rules के अनुसार age relaxation का provision था।
लेकिन किसी specific post में अलग age condition हो सकती है। उदाहरण के लिए Haryana Police की एक 2026 recruitment advertisement में particular constable posts के लिए 18–25 years की age condition दी गई थी।
इससे एक बात साफ है—“HSSC की age limit 18–42 है” को हर vacancy पर लागू करना गलत होगा। जिस post का form भर रहे हैं, उसी advertisement की age condition देखें।
HSSC Job के लिए कौन-कौन से Documents तैयार रखें?
Form भरते समय और बाद में document verification में documents की जरूरत पड़ सकती है। इसलिए पहले से एक digital और physical folder बनाकर रखना practical रहेगा।
आम तौर पर candidate को अपनी qualification certificates/marksheets, identity-related documents, category certificate यदि applicable हो, domicile/residence से जुड़े documents, photograph/signature और recruitment advertisement में मांगे गए अन्य certificates तैयार रखने चाहिए।
Reserved category candidates को certificate की validity और issue date पर खास ध्यान देना चाहिए। HSSC की 2025 CET instructions में Haryana के reserved-category candidates के लिए category-specific certificate requirements दी गई थीं।
सबसे सुरक्षित तरीका है कि हर नई vacancy के साथ “Documents to be uploaded” और “General Instructions” section दोबारा पढ़ें।
HSSC में Selection किस आधार पर होता है?
Selection का exact formula post के अनुसार बदल सकता है।
किसी recruitment में CET score से shortlist करके आगे written exam हो सकता है। किसी post में skill test जरूरी हो सकता है। Police जैसी recruitment में physical measurement या physical screening भी selection process का हिस्सा हो सकती है। HSSC की current notices में 2026 में अलग-अलग posts के लिए PMT/PST और अन्य stages से जुड़े notices प्रकाशित हुए हैं।
इसलिए किसी एक पुराने भर्ती result को देखकर यह मानना सही नहीं होगा कि अगली vacancy में भी बिल्कुल वही selection formula रहेगा।
Final selection हमेशा उस particular recruitment advertisement और लागू recruitment rules के अनुसार देखें।
HSSC की तैयारी कैसे शुरू करें?
अगर आप अभी शुरुआत कर रहे हैं तो सबसे पहले एक target तय करें। उदाहरण के लिए अगर आपकी qualification 12th है, तो उन HSSC posts की list बनाएं जिनमें आपकी qualification स्वीकार की जाती है। Graduate हैं तो relevant Group-C posts और उनकी eligibility देखें।
इसके बाद CET syllabus को sections में divide करें। Haryana GK, General Awareness, Reasoning, Maths, English/Hindi और जिस subject की requirement हो, उसके अनुसार preparation schedule बनाएं।
सिर्फ mock tests लगाने के बजाय गलत questions की एक notebook या digital list बनाना ज्यादा useful हो सकता है। हर test के बाद यह देखें कि गलती knowledge की वजह से हुई, calculation की वजह से या question समझने में।
और सबसे जरूरी—official notification पढ़ने की आदत डालें। सरकारी भर्ती में एक छोटी condition भी eligibility बदल सकती है।

एक common mistake है केवल CET पर focus करना और target post की qualification नहीं देखना।
दूसरी गलती है vacancy निकलने के बाद तैयारी शुरू करना। अगर आपका CET score पहले से अच्छा है, तो post-specific syllabus और skill test की तैयारी पहले से करना आपको advantage दे सकता है।
तीसरी गलती unofficial cutoff को final मान लेना है। YouTube या Telegram पर “इस बार 72 cutoff जाएगी” जैसी बातें मिल सकती हैं, लेकिन actual selection vacancy, category, applicants और applicable rules पर depend करता है।
